Squeezy has been designed by chartered physiotherapists specialising in Women's Health working within the NHS. It is suitable for all women who need to do pelvic ground muscle exercises. The app is particularly geared toward women who're seeing a specialist physiotherapist for problems related to their bladder, bowels or pelvic flooring muscular tissues as it may be tailored to a particular exercise programme and set to remind you when to do your workout routines. It is easy to use, discreet, informative and has helpful visual and audio prompts to help your train programme plus it maintains a record of the number of workouts you could have completed.

Squeezy has been reviewed and accredited by the NHS Choices health apps library group for its scientific security, and was a runner up within the finals of the Advancing Healthcare Awards 2014.
