GB Grid Ref Compass - Your GPS Grid Reference Finder App!
App will function internationally, but the Grid Reference data is meant to be used in Great Britain, mainland UK, using Ordnance Survey / OS Maps. App features a graphical guide to the OS National Grid.
Ideally fitted to use by walkers, hikers and out of doors sports lovers. It is really helpful that you should at all times carry a map and physical compass when on out of doors pursuits.
For best results, use in a flat place, not an upright place. Much like a conventional compass. Use in an open area, the place possible, away from trees, buildings and sources of interference.
The screen can, optionally, be set to remain on, for continued on-screen display of Grid Reference data.
