How does the 1822TAN procedure work?
Waiting for an online Transaction on approval, you will receive a push message in your smartphone via the 1822TAN app. You can then confirm or cancel the order in the 1822TAN app.
These are your advantages:
- Banking transactions are even easier, extra convenient and faster
- No more TAN lists or TAN numbers via SMS required
- You will obtain transaction data by way of push message directly to your smartphone
- Transactions could be carried out on one End system (in mixture with the 1822direkt banking app)
How is the 1822TAN process activated?
In your buyer portal, activate the 1822TAN procedure under the Service menu item PIN/TAN management 1822TAN at no cost. Follow the descriptions within the customer portal and in your 1822TAN app to finish the activation.
The following permissions are required on your device:
- Access to the digital camera to scan a QR code when activating the 1822TAN procedure
- Permission for the 1822TAN app to send you push messages to your smartphone
